The National Parents' Day Council sponsored the Ninth Annual Capitol Hill Parents' Day Celebration on July 23rd, 2003. Held at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, DC, this National Awards Banquet afforded a wonderful opportunity to honor those receiving national Parents' Day awards.
